As a disabled owned store (Charms by Emma was literally born amidst a bout of long term sickness!) it means a lot personally to make sure that the usability of this website, its products and the purchase process is as accessible as possible. As a relatively new and still vey small business, every step is taken with an approach to learning. It's understandable that not everything will be up to scratch and as easy as it can be yet, hard work and a lot of time has been taken so far to get to this point. Charms by Emma recognises and understands not only that not all disabilities are visible, but that every single person is different irregardless. Changes are constantly being made. Applying alternative text to all images for example is currently a work in process. Therefore, any feedback or suggestions on how Charms by Emma and its products could improve in being more accessible to you personally or in general is not only welcomed but actively encouraged.
