This will depend on which method of delivery you choose at checkout. We aim to dispatch pre-made items within 1-3 days. For custom items please allow around 1 week for dispatch, especially for decoden items as this will include drying time. Delivery times may vary but should arrive within a week. If you have any issues or further queries regarding delivery then feel free to send a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, International Delivery is currently unavailable through the website. This may change in the future. However, if you do still wish to make a purchase for delivery outside of the UK, then you can do so on the Charms by Emma Etsy page (linked under the website's contact details).

If there is a fault with a particular item you've purchased then please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the issue by offering an exchange or a refund. As these are all handmade products, refunds will only be offered on a case by case basis. Any personalised designs will be photographed and sent to you for approval before shipping, therefore only exchanges will be accepted for custom orders. So you may have noticed the Charms by Emma frog. It would be great if this had a fun back story, but we really do just absolutely love frogs. Maybe you could send us some frog name suggestions?...
