This will depend on which method of delivery you choose at checkout. We aim to dispatch pre-made items within 1-3 days. For custom items please allow around 1 week for dispatch, especially for decoden items as this will include drying time. Delivery times may vary but should arrive within a week. If you have any issues or further queries regarding delivery then feel free to send a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, International Delivery is currently unavailable through the website. This may change in the future. However, if you do still wish to make a purchase for delivery outside of the UK, then you can do so on the Charms by Emma Etsy page (linked under the website's contact details).

If there is a fault with a particular item you've purchased then please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the issue by offering an exchange or a refund. As these are all handmade products, refunds will only be offered on a case by case basis. Any personalised designs will be photographed and sent to you for approval before shipping, therefore only exchanges will be accepted for custom orders. We do offer bulk orders under certain terms, and can work with you to provide a bespoke service depending on your charm needs! For any large or wholesale order queries, feel free to send a message or email to emma@charmsbyemma.com for more information on wholesale availability.

As some of our most popular phone charm and clog charm listings are offered using genuine natural crystals, it is important to note that no two orders will look the same or be a direct replicate of listing photos in terms of shape, colour or size. Approximate sizes or size ranges will be detailed in the product description of individual listings, so please read this in full before purchasing.

Therefore, we encourage that any specific gemstones of your choosing should be enquired about before ordering - especially as they do tend to sell out quickly after restocking. If it is helpful, we can even send a photo of options to select from depending on stock availability. Either way, all charms are as unique as you are!
