Delivery Information
Delivery profiles will differ depending on which method of delivery you choose at checkout and which category of item you have purchased. All delivery profiles are outlined below. We aim to dispatch pre-made items within 1-3 days. For custom listings please allow around 1 week for dispatch, especially for decoden items as this will include drying time. As decoden cream needs to dry and set naturally, drying time can take slightly longer in the winter months . Delivery times may vary but should arrive within a week. International Delivery
Unfortunately, International Delivery is currently unavailable through the website. This may change in the future. However, if you do still wish to make a purchase for delivery outside of the UK, then you can do so on the Charms by Emma Etsy page here.
